Committing Our way to the Lord

PM#0095

PS 37:5

If you asked someone to do something for you, and then did not let them do it, is there any commitment on your part to them?

That’s and easy answer of no.

To many of us, when we pray, we ask but do not really commit our way unto the Lord.

Psalms 37:5 says "Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass." If we want God's help, then we need to ask for it through prayer, not as a second thought, but because it is important to communicate it to God. Then we need to let the Lord work.

Father, help us to commit our way to you and to bring that commitment to you through prayer. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
